Are you able to send this dead bird to your state lab to find out why it died?
A necropsy will give you an answer and could possibly prevent you from losing more birds.

I don’t think it was moving. I opened her mouth to check for any signs that could have lead to her death. I only
Saw these in her mouth. She is already buried. Just googled fly maggot eggs, the pictures look exactly the same. Thank you.

+1 on looks like maggot eggs. How much time elapsed from the time you last saw her alive until you opened her mouth to that sight?
