Found a dog, but I'm having trouble :(

most states you have to prove you tried to find the owner- contacted shelters and posted signs etc for what ever your shelter holding period is (5-10 days)

I am still trying to figure out how one "drags" a St Bernard

first, you take it out of the neighbors yard and tie a lead around its neck..then you *drag* the hapless creature into the house and proceed to beg mom to keep the dog you "found"

i normally wouldnt, but when it belongs to a neighbor who is sort of not cool with kids taking his dog..
