Found a great way to unload pullet eggs!

I have four newbies who are really pumping out the starter eggs, and they were really beginning to pile up. I decided to notify my egg customers of a two dozen for the same price as one dozen large eggs sale. (I get $3 dozen)

People, it turns out, can't resist a bargain! I've been virtually wiped clean of pullet eggs!

What's wrong with pullet eggs? Is there something different about them?

i do the same...
i typically keep the smaller eggs for me and sell the nice big ones. don't get me wrong, often i find monster eggs that will not fit into a jumbo carton so i keep those too. i've been fortunate to get a ton of 18-pak cartons from customers.
so when i start getting way too many small ones i sell a 18-pak for the price of a dozen. people don't seem to mind. they all tell me that the yolks are the same size as the larger eggs.

They are smaller. People prefer the Xlarge or jumbo eggs. So pullet eggs can be harder to sell is all.

What's wrong with pullet eggs? Is there something different about them?
