This is Fred, he's a pigeon I found at the animal park where I dropped off my cockerels 2 summers ago. I was able to catch Fred because I noticed 1 of his wings was at an odd angle and he can't fly. 1 of his legs is also swollen. Fred currently resides outside in my spare coop. He also seems to enjoy time inside and enjoys neck rubs. I gave him water with electrolytes and some chicken feed with scratch. What else can I do for him?

Are you giving chicken pellets and crushed corn scratch? Usually pigeons are fed a seed mixture, contains dried peas, wheat,, milo, and others. I add safflower, corn in winter and sometimes I add some wild bird mix. Whole corn is usually preferred to cracked aa less likely to spoil. I buy their feed in 50# bags. Since you only have one pigeon you can make your own mix with wild bird seed mix as a base and the add some safflower and whole corn. Add some Canadian or maple peas if you can find some. Its also fine to feed flock raiser type chicken pellets if he will eat them . He is very cute!
He is a blue check if you didn't know.
