This is Fred, he's a pigeon I found at the animal park where I dropped off my cockerels 2 summers ago. I was able to catch Fred because I noticed 1 of his wings was at an odd angle and he can't fly. 1 of his legs is also swollen. Fred currently resides outside in my spare coop. He also seems to enjoy time inside and enjoys neck rubs. I gave him water with electrolytes and some chicken feed with scratch. What else can I do for him?

Do you have a bird vet near you? Fred should have his wing checked for breaks - also his leg. If you can't find a vet call your local vet and ask if they have any wildlife rehabbers you can contact - they should be able to tell you how to splint his wing if necessary.
What does his leg look like?

His leg is just a little swollen above the toes. He’s able to move his wing, but I think it’s possible that he has a slipped tendon.

He will need some grit in addition to food and water. He may recover after a period of rest even without the aid of a vet. One of my birds was injured and took months to fly again.
Best wishes for your pigeon, they are wonderful, smart birds. :)
Edit added. Her wing remains at an odd angle but she now flys well.
So the food I’m giving him currently is okay? Should I buy some bird seed for him?

If he's eating it then its probly ok. :D Are you giving chicken pellets and crushed corn scratch? Usually pigeons are fed a seed mixture, contains dried peas, wheat,, milo, and others. I add safflower, corn in winter and sometimes I add some wild bird mix. Whole corn is usually preferred to cracked aa less likely to spoil. I buy their feed in 50# bags. Since you only have one pigeon you can make your own mix with wild bird seed mix as a base and the add some safflower and whole corn. Add some Canadian or maple peas if you can find some. Its also fine to feed flock raiser type chicken pellets if he will eat them . He is very cute!:love He is a blue check if you didn't know.

I mixed about half a bag of whole corn in with my scratch grains. I feed my chickens all flock feed so that’s what he got. I will buy some wild bird seed to feed him as well as the chickens who enjoy it too. What makes him a blue check?

His color is blue and the pattern is checkered on his wing shield.
