Found a white small rooster

Hi, I found a rooster in my backyard. I need to find a home or a shelter that takes birds.
Please help.

Aww, poor little dude! Looks a little confused and lost.
Hope you find him a good home! Hard to tell in the lighting but looks like he's likely a Porcelain Pekin, if that is of any help.
