Found an egg on my dock

Thanks! Keep us updated with your little mystery baby! I can't wait to see how this turns out! Btw, I have the same incubator so if you have any questions or problems with it feel free to ask. :)
Just wondering if you have any tips to keep the humidity stable at the right level! I am checking ALL the time and it jumps around quite a bit.

Machines can be funky. There is no exact way to control the temp. most of the time unless you got a $$$ incubator. But you can try different things like decreasing the amount of water, placing coton, sprinkling dry sponges or moist sponges. In my personal opinion though, if you are to have either too much moisture or too little moisture, always pick the too little moisture. People have hatched their chicks from "dry" incubators, I do not recommend this because moisture is important, but to much can literally drown the chick. So, try to keep it not too high because that can, with a high chance, kill the chick.

Egg been incubating for about 17 days, how's it doing?
I am going to candle it tonight! After reading so many forums where things go wrong I am so paranoid. Never thought I would care about an egg so much! I realized the air cell was a little small for how far along I am so I reduced the humidity to around 45% and hope that helps!

Here it is today! I am wondering how my air cell is looking. Can anyone tell from the photo if this is the correct size for about 19 days? Assuming it hatches in 26.
