found dead chicken today. should I worry about the others?

My dh found one of our orpingtons dead in the yard this morning.
We have three other chickens and are concerned about eating the eggs or for that matter the chickens. She had a bald butt for weeks before and the vet didn't seem concerned about it. Should we worry about the others? It doesn't appear anything got to her.
dh said she smelled very foul while cleaning the area she was in.

first some questions that need answers
(1 what and how much feed do you give the birds daily?

(2 how old are these chickens

(3 is there a rooster in with the hens?

(4 the foul smelling stuff is probably in the hen
she may have had a tumor which is of yellow color and in her vent and back, plus a lot of water foul smelling

(5 you should have opened the hen and looked at her insides

(6 thus do the others have any of the same symptoms?
