Found: Grey Pigeon

[The Chickens' Maid]

We just found a grey pigeon in our backyard. We are in East Windsor, CT. It's banded with a yellow, 2011 band with the number 1619 on it and "if CMC". It has a pink band on its right foot and a blue plasic band on its left foot.
Does anyone know where he could have come from?

We just gave it to our neighbor who has racing pigeons. He knows someone who can find the owner.
