Today I found our smallest hen (all our birds are 7months old) limp in melting snow. I picked her up and put her by our small heater in our barn and she perked up in about 15-20minutes. This hen seems to be always picked on and actually tends to spend more time with our ducks than the chickens. Any ideas what it is/could have been? She's isolated now and will remain that way for several days.
