Made this tonight, but when I went to get the cheese it was gone again So I had to improvize. I followed the recipe up to putting the parmasean cheese in. I used cubed velveeta cheese. I also put 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs in the mixture as my eggs were hugh duck eggs and it was little runny. I put it into a pie shell dotted it with butter and seasoned crumbs. It took alittle longer to cook but it was very delicious. I sent some over to my daughter and she called all excited that she loved it. Next time I will try it with the parmasean cheese.
