What a nice person, offering to give you the plans and all. It's a very handsome coop, and not a bad price either. i have been dismayed seeing all the nice coops in the UK for a decent price, and they are so expensive here. i bought one of those chick-n-barns. It wasn't cheap, and i had to do a lot of extra work on it, like adding a floor, putting legs on it to give my hens extra run space underneath. It's okay, but that one on ebay looks like quality work.
