I know. I fell in love with Vannessa and have been sad I let her go. I plan on visiting the farm she lives at this weekend. I never imagined how fun it would be to care for a chicken. I think if I could find a vet nearby that cared for chickens I would feel more confident I could give them what they need to live a long healthy life. I loved it when she came out of her cage into the pen and fluffed out her feathers, extended her tail, and waltzed around vocalizing! So darn cute! CHICKENS RULE.
