found some horse connections

so, i was planning on working on the yard for the horse, but i wound up doing stuff for the boy goat. he was seeming huffy and i thought maybe a walk, he's new to the concept, would help him get his energy out. if he's really bad, i just ride him bronco til he realizes playing cowgirl with teh fat lady isn't as fun as everyone said it would be. so,i took him around behind my house out to the range. he loved it. and he walked realy well on the chain. he had to get used to it. but he really did adjust. we found an old abandoned tire taht someone had mentioned you could put their water bucket in so they don't knock it over so much. if he's feeling billygoatish, he knocks that over, the pallets, everything. so, i put it togethr when i got back and it seems like it will work.

of course, while i was out there, poeple were shouting from far away that i had a package from the mail lady. of course, that wouldn't happen if i was sitting at home waiting for it. i have to be having a billy goat on a chain, carrying as best i can a gigantic tire and having a still learning dog follow along behind me. the mail lady just laughed when i finally made it back in. she said she had a pet cow she never ate called tbone. she wasn't even mad when the dog jumped inside the truck with her.

lol.

so, NOW i'll go out the pseudo barn structure and see what barnificiation things i can do for the horse.

Ok if you have an open space can you drive a tractor or car through there to make your own riding trail?
Thoroughbreds LOOOOVe open spaces, they seem to do better sticking to a trail so they know where to go.
I had to do the same with my car I just drove over the area a few times to make my own riding trail so I had a plan for us both!!!
have fun.

actually yes, there is pretty definite trail that goes right behind my back fence. good to know that they like that.
