I would just try to get her protein back up and go from there. It could be just an egg that really went wrong because she really low in protein.
Never get upset until you know its bad. Just watch her and give her lots of protein and go from there.
Dang that almost looks like a petrified egg. How old is she? I would give her lots of greens (spinach, peas, beet or turnip greens) to supplement her diet. To much starch is not good, so maybe limit potatoes.
I had a hen that laid something that looked alot like this, with the yolk and white beside it. I assumed it was some deformed egg and just threw it away, although it did sort of gross me out little. I've never had it happen again.
