Couple things I figured out as I laid in bed. I need to reinforce the bottom, maybe bring the handles around the bottom like canvas boat bags. And they need to be a little shorter.

It is snowing out now and we are expecting 8-12" tomorrow..............

Cold temps and more snow.................

Prototype#2

Shorter, more stable bottom and longer handles so it can go over my shoulder.

The inside is made of 4, 2"x10" pieces of muslin sewed together. That seems enough padding with out batting.

It is like origami with fabric.
