Found weird lump on an egg with poop (not attached to egg). Is my hen okay?

I went to gather eggs today and found these weird lumps that look like fat or tissue on the egg and some poop. The egg came clean easily with the wipe of a paper towel so i'm guessing it's mixed in her poop rather than the egg itself. I'm not sure which hen this has come from but they are all eating, drinking and acting normally. The poop itself looks normal. Has this happened to anybody else? Do you know what this is or could be and what I can do to help her?

It could be a bit of the oviduct or lash egg, nothing to worry about unless it happens again.
