Found young pullet (maybe roo but doubt it) what is it?

I worry far far less about my little ones than I do my big girls. First they blend in better and through observing they are far smarter about predators. Hopefully she will come back around.
On the plus side once tame they are huge sucks and (if you want to hatch your own chicks) they are excellent broodies. My two girls hatched their own eggs last summer and raised them amongst the flock with no issues. If any big girl got nosey they were quickly chased away lol.

I found an OEG living in the tree in my yard.  After two weeks of leaving a dog crate out with food in the dog crate (and putting no other food out for it) and half an hour of standing perfectly still a short distance from the crate at the end of the second week, I was able to catch it by  quickly closing the crate door when it went in to eat. They are decent fliers and can be difficult to catch. I found a coworker with chickens willing to take her (I had no chickens and no desire for chickens at the time).  After less than 24 hours, my coworker called and said, "I'm sorry, we can't keep this chicken, she has terrorized our other four (she had Rhode Island Reds and Buff Orpingtons - all twice the size of the little OEG) to the point that they are all huddled in their run and to terrified to go in the coop."  So we went and picked her up and relocated her to someone who had a random flock of game birds that had moved into their yard from a neighbors.  They had a big yard and she eventually integrated into the flock of game birds, after spending several weeks hanging out solo in one part of the yard. So if you do try to integrate her into your flock, definitely go slow and keep them separated by a fence for a few weeks, if you can.  That was my experience.  She was a good looking little hen though, but not to friendly and definitely had a bit of an attitude.

Lol that sounds exactly like when I brought my first two home! After quarantine I moved them into a seperate area in my coop and did the see but don't touch for 2 weeks. The moment I opened their cage to free range with the rest Weezy (in that pic) leaped onto a big girl and hauled her right down. All was fine after that incident but it was like she was showing everyone she was tougher than she looked!

OK so a different neighbor that I saw at the park today told me she's got this chicken running around her house and it turns out to be the same one. She caught it in her garage this afternoon and I rescued her a half hour ago. I'm including pictures because I need to know if she is indeed a Bantam or if she's still really young. All I have is layer feed right now and I need to get some different food if she's too young for it.

She's not red like that on a regular basis but she just finished her car ride. I'm keeping her in a 3x8ft pen for about 4 days to make sure she's good then I'll move it next to my big girls coop for a week or so before trying to put them together.
Is it a flock crumble or something like that that you feed your chickens when they are mixed ages?

Yes either grower crumble or all flock. Good luck with her!

Just curious how your little girl is doing in her new home?
Thank you for asking! She is great! With the tropical storm that came through I decided to move her closer to the girls pin to give her a little more shelter but she's doing great. The queen of my group, my BO, challenges her through the fence sometimes but the OEG- MiMi starts it. No one has contacted me or the other two people involved in regards to her so she may end up being mine after all

Update on my rescued OEG- I am pretty sure she will be a big girl. She seems to be a little bigger than half the size of my other girls. I'm going to give it closer to three weeks before I put her with my other girls. My BR was trying to get to her through the wire and I've never seen her act that aggressive. She's at the bottom of the pecking order so I don't know what's going on.
