four legged chickens?? :o

Barnevelder are "normal" chickens with two legs. But, if it is real (which I doubt), I would assume some sort of genetic issue oppose to a specific breed.

Someone did some good photoshopping it looks like.

John Madden used six-legged Turkeys for "Turkey Leg Award," for the game's most valuable players on Thanksgivings Day.

I was out driving in the country once, when I saw a cockerel go running past me at an easy 30 mph. It was a rough dirt road and now matter how I tried, I couldnt catch him. But I did notice that he had THREE legs going like a locomotive underneath. I was stunned!

He soon turned into a small track that led to an old farm house way up in th ewoods. When I pulled up and got out, I saw there were at least a hundred three-legged chickens running around the place. That's when the owner came out on the porch.

"Howdy," I said. "Are these your three legged chickens??"
"Well, yeah. Me and my wife love chicken drumsticks, so three years ago I decided to breed 'em like that. Before I knew it, I was overrun with these lightinin' fast chickens."
"They're amazing! Three legged chickens that run like the wind... You know, a chicken with THREE drumsticks would make your fortune. How do they taste?"
"Well, I don't rightly know...."
"What?! How can that be?"
"Well, in three years - - I aint figured out how to catch one!"

PS, I had to edit this, once I remembered just how it goes. Hope I didnt confuse anyone.

Well, it can be a genetic disorder. Snakes and turtles with multiple heads - it's really happened (I saw it on TV so it had to be true

)... In actuality though, it has happened! Still doesn't make it right though... Creeps me out a bit!
