Psyco,... Stew might be over kill. Remember, there will be lots of different kinds of food and people will be taking a little bit of most everything. There is usually enough for lunch and supper. The pudgie pie thing sounds cool and stuff for sommores would be cool... and pudding!

Fir. night and Sat. morning we make our own food. Although someone is bringing sauerkraut and sausage for Fri. Jim does Sunday morning pancakes and we clean up camp are out of there before noon.The table would be at your discretion, but bring chairs for around the fire and your camp site. I think BigZ will have plates and napkins covered again this year. (He has an "in" at the factory)

Anything I forgot for new people?

what about serving spoons?
I will have chicks and need electricity too..they are internally pipping now and getting ready to hatch!! I have set 9 eggs for the bash.
 
Ok, so one person is making all the pancakes for everyone? Should I bring a box of pancake mix or a pkg of bacon to help out with breakfast, then? Or are there going to be enough donations to cover breakfast? Should I focus on snacks & desserts? I can do that instead...? I can bring bulk stuff for s'mores and I have a popcorn maker, I can bring bags of kernels and several tubs or buckets and keep it popping! Or people can bring their own ice cream buckets and fill 'em up! Like I said, a gallon or two of gourmet pudding is great! Should I just focus on bringing a bunch of snacks & munchies and maybe a macaroni salad and/or meat dish? I can make more goodies, just throwing out suggestions.
 
As I recall, my secret boyfriend Jim (oops not so secret now) said he was going to bring his own pancake mix. He was very sweet making pancakes last year. I don't remember if everyone had them, there was eggs for cooking too. I'm bringing muffins. But since we're just staying Friday night, they're going to be out for breakfast and snacks before the big lunch.

Look at Terri's menu of what's being brought. Just look at where something is weaker, less offered, and fill it n. BTW... Anyone bringing syrup?? Is there going to be the syrup taste test, or was that all talk? Brent... Is there coffee and creamer in the kitchen?

I still don't have the sitter situation figured out, but we're coming. I told the boys there could be flashlight tag. So Mel make sure you've got flashlights for your kids, and anyone else who has kids that's going to be there Friday night.

Oh look... 12:45 pm... I guess I should go have coffee! First of the day!!

This is what I know so far. Keep those raffle donations coming! Great ideas so far! Remember, these donations paid our down payment for camp this year and for the electrical last year!

I wont list plants or birds this year...please PM and make arrangements with each other! But bring empty pails if you want to take some pine seedlings home/per Brent (thanks--now we can all have a little bit of camp right at home!)
 
Yep, the plates napkins and chicken print table covers I will provide. The tables are clean, but the covers add to the occasion....and jennie saved them for me.

I'm with the zeke, on the ability to spread. Thanks amy.
