I've been relatively incident-free for a year. I feel like things are snowballing just a tiny bit: hawks, surprise cockerels, worms, tough-to-break broody, now this.

Is this black spot on her wattle fowl pox? I see nothing in her mouth/throat, thank goodness. Sorry for blurry pic.

Treat with iodine and antibiotic ointment (no pain killers), right?

And this is bumblefoot:

I've treated this before, and I'm pretty sure I got it early enough.

And OF COURSE I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow...

The scab on the wattle might be Fowl Pox or it could just be a scab from injury (a peck, jab from wire/staple/nail). You can put Iodine on it if you wish, I don't see what it would hurt. I would leave of the triple antibiotic ointment.

The foot, what does the bottom of the toe look like? It does look like Bumblefoot or infection of the foot. Is it bothering her a lot? Since you are going on vacation, it may be better to wait and treat once you have more time unless you have someone that is willing to tend to that while you are gone.

I don't think it's bumblefoot after all. I got a better look at it, and the bottom of her foot is fine. I soaked it and cleaned it. It doesn't seem to bother her at all. I will look at it again once I get home.

The wattle, however, looks like it might be infected. It was just a little spot yesterday, and I thought it was just a peck injury or the like. It is much larger today, and it feels kind of warm (but she is broody and it was 100° today, so who knows?). It didn't seem to hurt her. I think my poking at her bothered her more than what's on her face. She's also the one who had worms. I treated the whole flock, though, with SafeGuard. Poor thing. She's a hot mess!
