Fowl pox help please

This is my first time with what I believe is fowl pox. Any help would be great. Thanks!

It does look like fowl pox. As for treatment there's not much you can do, you just have to let it run its course.

Should I quarantine them? Give them extra protein? Anything to help them get through it? Thank you

Yes it looks like pox. But I would clean out the eye with saline, and apply either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day.

I agree with @Eggcessive on the eye. There is no treatment for the pox and it will run it's course, usually with no real problem, but when the lesions are near an eye it can cause a secondary bacterial infection in the eye. There appears to be some swelling around the eye and bubbles in it, so I would treat as suggested.
