Fowl pox just getting started?

So I was taking a pic of my Golden Comet Xena today and noticed these small pustules. They look like what happens to me when I get bit by fire ants. One of my other hens, a Lakenvelder, also has these but the Polish girls don't appear to. Thoughts/recommendations? The coop is about to get a super solid cleaning but from what I understand it's transmitted by mosquitoes and I'm in Key Largo, can't avoid those!

It might be the start of fowl pox, time will tell.
Consider putting window screen over the vents on your coop as well as the entrance for your birds. See pics below:

I'd have to screen the whole run, which actually I have considered except it would be hard for the top. Their coop has only three sides, the fourth is open to their large hardware cloth run.
