I have a hen that has been raising chicks for 3 weeks now. I noticed yesterday that her face has swollen lesions and she has sneezed a few times. I separated her from her chicks and administered Tylan 50 as i saw a few bubbles in her eyes and assumed it was a respiratory disease. She has been in the brooder and I thought this may have messed with her sinuses. All of her chicks are fine. She is acting completely normal and happy. I separated her from her chicks and she is ANGRY and she is stressing. Any suggestions on what this may be? The mosquito’s are horrible here in florida, and i noticed some on her last night.

It's not fowl pox. You assumed correctly that it's a respiratory disease, Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG.) Bubbles in eyes and droopy eye are a giveaway. Continue with the Tylan and hopefully it's a mild strain and didnt affect the chicks. Watch the chicks for symptoms though.
