You must be in the southwest or on the east coast because the dingo's range covers the rest of the island/continent.
That wouldn't be the behavior of a fox or a dingo, it is indicative of a dog attack. And dogs are everywhere that people live.

Same here....that was the spooky part. Not even our dogs alerted.

Awwww... I read somewhere years ago that they finally decided a dingo DID eat her baby. Something about finding human bones in a dingo den... I am not certain though.

The dingo did. They found the scrap of clothing at the base of the rock

Oh golly you’ll make me cry. Thankyou so much, that’s so sweet. Every Fox attack we have had has been during the day or one at night where we lost two. Sadly this is the first one where more than one fox has been involved and they have not taken the body’s. The worst part is that the rooster was still half alive. There is nothing like that’s feeling when you want to save something but you know you can’t. He died at 7:10am this morning. It’s so Awful. But I’m sure all Those who have lost birds know the feeling of Sadness after you know your beloved pets won’t be waiting for you the next morning. sorry I know it’s a bit of a downer I’m just a mess. We had to put my beloved Great Dane down 2 weeks ago and now to have had a fox kill all my favourite chickens. It’s so sad.

A fox will take what it kills. A dog or dog's on the loose will kill and leave them, as they are fed at home, and killing chicken's is such a fun game to them.

Can dogs climb fences? But I’m fairly certain it was a fox because there was fox poo around the coop

I don't know if they can or not for sure. Maybe if there are spaces big enough for them to get a foothold?

I would love to kill the fox but I am too young and I live in a gun free country

that sucks, am guessing traps are illegal as well? like no snares or anything?
