Fox attacked a hen yesterday - now she's egg bound please help!

One last thing (btw, today she's still the same) is it possible its NOT an egg??

Neither of us can feel an actual egg when we felt inside her.

Could it be something such as her intestine or another internal organ? Are there any other issues with the organs that would present as though its an egg that any of you are aware of?

I don't know if the fox shook her when he grabbed her(??)

It is possible that is not an egg.
Looking at the photos and where the "bulge" is, it could be a tumor, cancer or egg matter/masses in there.
If she had not been attacked and you posted those photos, the first thing I would think of is a reproductive disorder.

This is not to be insensitive, but if you do end her suffering, if you are up to it, perform and informal investigation and see what's in there, take photos if you do, we can help you with what you see. I understand if that is not something you want to do. Some of us take a look when we put down our sick girls and it can be interesting and educational.
