Foxes / Coyotes

trapping is much easier then staying up all night I shoot over electronic calls and the critters you are hunting will get used to whatever calls you use it is best to use the calls every coupla days maybe 2 -3 times a week with just 35 acres you will run out of land quick. I am sure there are folks who do things not quiet legally our state vet reads this board and our game wardens/biologists not only read this board but several hunting trapping boards as well if I ever were going to break the law I would not announce it on the web LOL

Throw a dozen eggs on the ground break a few... guaranteed it'll come.. or let some old meat get ripe. Kill'em all and let god sort'em out lol

Coyotes are legal to shoot 24/7 where I am, there is a bounty on them too, I think it's dnr, and pay 45 dollars for a large male. There are also people who will pay for the hides (don't want em skinned out either)...
Luring the coyote might do best with live bait in a predator proof cage...I have a rooster that I don't like very much,...place just inside the yard light, and good luck! A rabbit would work well too...
They are really hard to outsmart with any of the legal traps....

I must have stupid ones they do not seem very hard to me just plain old dirt holes and flat sets seem to be doing the trick here the hides are not very good here I let the landowner dispose of them I did not see your location here in Va steel traps are legal easy peasy
