Freckles is lathargic and comb is droopy...

I checked her beak and there is no mucous or discharge. She also doesn't sound like she is laboring for air so I don't think it's resperatory problems. I also looked at the pictures of pox and her spots do not look like the ones posted. The most concerning symptom for me is that she is soooo lathargic.

Her symptoms really don't fit any of the infectious diseases very well. Egg bound is a possibility. It's also possible that she has gotten into something that has made her ill.

I am stumpped too. I don't see an egg in her vent and I don't feel a mass in her abdomen. She is sitting in a warm bath now and I did give her 2ml of nutri-drench directly. I am thinking that maybe you are right, maybe she ate something in my yard that is not agreeing with her but that would mean I can't help her. I am not ready to admit that yet.

will do. Her poop looks normal and solid the last time she poo'd. She did have watery poo yesterday but there wasn't any blood or anything abnormal about it. She's not eating alot so she's not pooing alot either.

Well, there's not much we can say for sure at this point, but if she were mine I'd get a garlic mash down her. It can't hurt and it ay help. Garlic mash is first line defense here.

Ok, normal poop...good. After massaging her, put on a plastic disposable glove and put olive oil on a finger and insert it into her vent checking for obstructions. Then remove your finger and put olive oil on her vent area. The warm water expands her innards, massaging helps move the egg along, inserting finger in the vent helps stretch it making it easier to lay with the olive oil in place.

how much garlic?

For a small animal, like a chicken I usually mash up just one clove with some olive oil.
