Free chick from McMurray

Hi I am so excited about my chicks coming may 26-28 that I took my vacation when my chicks are going to come, does any body know what kind of chick is the free surprise chick from murry mcmurray, I ordered 3 buff orpingtons, 4 white orpingtons, and 8 speckled Sussex's, and they are sending me a surprise chick as well.

The surprise chick is usually different each time. My first surprise was a Buff Laced Polish Roo. My second was a Buff Cochin (I'm hoping it's a hen!!)

Can't wait to see pics!!!

Well what do u recommend that u learned? I'm so afraid of predators getting them ..I love them so much

Well I thought it would be a little bit easier to guess what mine is, but I am confused. I ordered some Partridge Cochins and it looks like them in body shape. This one however has essentially a black (or really dark gray) beak, darker gray/black shading on the face fuzz and black/dark gray legs. It is feathered down the legs and has a lighter color (yellow?) on the legs and undersize of the body however it is mostly gray. It is the same size as my Partridge Cochins as well. Could it be a blue or black Cochin?









In this one you can see it and the smallest of my Phoenix straight runs. The other two are closer in size to the gray mystery chick, but are still smaller than it.

I got a male EE as my mystery last year, and I just got a dark brahma today!
Has anyone ever gotten females as mysteries?
