My Rouen has hatched 13 babies. I plan to keep 2 so the rest need to go to a good home. These are pet ducks - not to be eaten. Also, you'd have to agree to provide a water source for swimming. A simple kiddie pool would be fine. They would have to be picked up (no shipping). I live near Mocksville, NC. The mother is a Rouen but the father is either a Rouen, blue cayuga, or black cayuga. They will be big ducks. There is no actual charge for these babies.

Oh I wish I had the space for them!

I'm less than an hour from you, but I think our landlady would kill me if I added a duck lot in addition to my 2 chicken coops.

If you already have chickens, she probably wouldn't even notice the addition of a few ducks

They have the markings of a Rouen but I don't know what they will look like as adults.

I know, and my IL's next door have a small pond. Maybe I could convince them that they just showed up.

See now that sounds like something I'd try pulling on my DH... except for my fear of the Code Rangers that is...

Those are some super cute babies, I'm sure you'll find loving homes for them fast!
