Free Feed Calcium

What is the best way to free feed calcium with out the jerks spilling/dirtying/flipping or popping in it?

I use these just drill a few holes in bottom to let water drain and you can attach them anywhere

They are small and don't take up any room. I have mine outside attached/screwed to my 4x4 fence post to pens one on each side of pole high enough they don't poop or get dirt in them to small to try to roost on one for grit and other for oyster shells. Work great for me. You can google (corner feeders for poultry) and there will be several places you can get them from. I have had mine for 6 plus years outside and still like new.

I just use parrot cups hooked onto a wire panel.

Too small to perch on and the birds have no reason to try and dislodge it.

I use a spare eglu feeder that I had. It actually works well, it's outside but doesn't get full of water & it hangs on a fence.

Do you have problems with them perching on it? Mine are little a-holes.

A couple of pullets did jump on the larger water pail temporarily when they were young, under 10 weeks old.
I've never seen grown chickens perch on the smaller pails.
