So we went to Rural King today to get a D’ Uccle chick to replace the one we lost over the weekend. In the bantam bin was this little thing. It towered over the d’uccles and silkies it was with. After bringing it home it’s a bit smaller than my Brahma, Orpington and Sapphire gem chicks. It’s quite a bit bigger than my porcelain d’uccles and only a smidge bigger than my Mille De Fleur D’Uccle who is older We don’t have a clue what it is. We told the employee we were interested in what it was going to grow up to be and he just gave it to us! We couldn’t say no to another chick. My fiancé thought it was a turkey . I’m pretty sure he’s wrong. What do you think he/she is?
