Sorry don't know the breed but I will ask for pictures. I have never heard of budgerigars. I will google. All I know is someone abandoned them outdoors and they found a new home and started raising babies. Many babies. There are now 6 and three eggs.

I will find out. Since the parents are sitting on another batch of eggs already, I think they would be old enough. I will post pictures tomorrow.

like finches, they look like normal birds before they fledge
