We had our first free range turkey for christmas dinner. He weighed 26 lbs dressed and was he ever good. Pink flesh really juicy meat (white and dark) and for the first time ever, hardly any leftover turkey. I have strict instructions to do a repeat and I sold the 2 remaining turkeys during dinner. They went in an impromptu auction among our friends and sold for $120.00 each.
