When I was in my 20s I worked 12 hour shifts at a factory. I got off work at 4 AM on thanksgiving. I was supposed to bring the salad to family turkey day 80 miles away at NOON!!! Needless to say I overslept and didn't make it on time.
For the next 25 years as soon as I would walk in the door every person I ran into asked if I brought the salad and laughed.
I finally got sick of it and told everybody that if they didn't have something new and intelligent to say, don't bother talking to me.
