Free ROO in SW MIssouri

Help! He's started crowing and I'm not supposed to have chickens!!! I'm in the Joplin, MO area. If anyone can take him off my hands, please let me know.

I believe he is an EE. He looked like a chipmunk when he was a chick. I'm not a chicken expert, very new at this. He's very beautiful. Long neck feathers, long tail feathers. I love him too much to eat him and want him to have a good home.
