How should I deter hawks from my chickens?

So, I am currently thinking about getting an electric poultry fence next summer to give my hens more space around the yard. Unfortunately, I have 3 hawks who live on my property. It would be very hard to put a cover on the fence. After looking at guard geese, I don't think they're a good idea for my setup, and having just one seems cruel. are there any other ways to deter the hawks from going after my chickens?

Lots of cover.
Low shrubs or overturned chairs. Old garden furniture is great for chickens to hide under.

A mix of all the above.

I know for fish ponds, people put fishing line to deter large birds.

Probably difficult to maintain, but you could have it above head height if there are areas you can't have clutter.

I have geese and had a hawk kill chickens. I hand caught mine when it was attacking my quails inside my shed trying to get them inside a cage.
