I'm sorry western union office is beside the house and I will
not be willing to go far to get the fund because I plan to go to the
airport from their.Let me know as soon as you do it.

The police have already said that there's nothing they can do unless money has been exchanged. So unless they want to use you as bait or something, there's nothing more that can be done.
