Check out my thread, I'm in the same situation. Mine are a little older though - how do they compare with comb development (the RIR X in particular)?

ETA: Our mature layers also produce better in Winter using lights.
POL pullets will still be slower coming into lay at this time of year, even with a light, but in our experience it does help.
