The first picture is mix of about three quarter marans and one quarter EE . It's got feathered legs. If it were fifty fifty it wouldn't have feathered legs .Secound all marans both all boys. Where you is ?

I’ve noticed my 7 week old who I thought was a French BCM has got this type of colouring. I know he’s still got more feathers to come in, but are FBCM feathers supposed to be this colour? Also he has green eyes, the ones above seem to be black. Thanks

I actually just had to dispatch my weird mixed cockerel that looks just like your first one, as well as a surplus FBCM rooster.

The first one is definitely not a FBCM.
