Almost forgot the reason I decided to get caught up today

I could hear them peeping, but couldn't find them *anywhere* in or out of the coop (they've been mingling with the big girls since the morning I was sleepy enough that I forgot to close the top of the pen a week or so ago). Then I looked up...

I took them down--I know that a lot of you get a lot colder than we do here (frost is unusual, but not unknown) but I think the metal could get a bit cold.
