French frogs

We drink all the alchol exepet wine that is not made by us.
Wine is a very imortant in ouer religious practice, so to be consider cosher
It must be done by a religious Jewish.

Thanks Benny, I did not know.

Yep, plus my ADD kicks in and I skip the chores to start the next project. The juvenile pens are coming along nicely, though :thumbsup

That's funny. I do similar. My front porch, which is 16 feet deep by 57 or 58 feet long gets covered with my multiple projects in this kind of weather.

Yep, after chewing on the big ole fish I wholeheartedly agree.  Any other biguns will get cut loose.  That was my second oversize Texas redfish...you can only keep one per year over 28".

Unless they have changed the law, you can reapply for the oversize redfish tag after you have used one in the same year

Done smoking and resting.

Juicy greatness!

Tearing into it is like tearing into a warm French bread...some resistance in the crust, but once inside, it's moist and tender. The collagen broke down to buttery softness, and the meat is moist and not stringy or mushy. Fibers tear across as well as pull with the grain, tender but not too much so. I pulled both butts and set some aside for dinner tonight. The rest is vacuum packed for future enjoyment. This bowl is one butt's worth.

I think I read that too.  Never had the opportunity to take them up on it.

There is a secret to preparing a redfish that is under 40 inches but still over the slot. First thing remove all the blood me. Second thing after you have the fillet cut it thinner.

Of course just about any fish is good in gumbo or chowder

Still have to build the doors, finish the paneling, and wire the open areas, but here it is. Two 6ft by 12ft pens
