    The Tater tots flew off the shelf, and had a run on EEs today. Everyone that came over died for the AMs. I have six names on the list now :thumbsup

    That whole thing about counting them before they hatch :lau
    3 weeks is just too long between batches in the spring.
    You know samouw from the AM thread? She's on the SC thread, too, and loves the black cockerel

    Last year was the test. I think I've proven I can justify 2. I just didn't want to be sitting on a bunch of unsold chickens. The cuckoo marans and EEs are big sellers for laying flocks, and I think these AMs are going to take off :D

    It's not abiut that, you hatch a lot in spring anyways so you should have 1 for incubating and a hatcher... it makes a huge difference, really!

    Susan? I like her, straight shooter without being condescending... glad she likes him, I really thought he'd fill out better than he started... :)

    Much more versatility with 2 bators... it just makes any hatching easier...
