Oh no fun. I didn't put a Tree up this year.but we got tons of decorations. They need to get put up. And I know the internet isn't everything that's why I was gone all day.....

Didn't mean it the way it sounded. Just meant that the reason I'm not chatting has nothing to do with you, or the forums in general.

In fact, a lot of the time it says I'm on - I'm really not because I've walked away from the computer and left it on.

I'm using 2 gallon heated dog dishes. I placed them inside large totes. I cut a window out of the tote. Drilled holes in the bottom of the tote for drainage as ducks tend to splash water around.
Then I put a hole in the side with a hole saw for the cord to go through.
It got down to 4 here last night with no freezing the water dish. And placing the dish inside the tote keeps the duck pen way dryer.

I cleaned 'ling brooders and gave all the babies baths...

Finally going to move into this house. Seems like we just threw our stuff in here last year, but I finally feel like it's time to move in. Gonna start by ripping off some trim around the windows and prepping to paint the conservatory. (It's really more like an ex-dining room that now has my plants and dog dishes in there, and acts kind of like a mud room. Not enough windows in there to call it a sun room.)
