The worst thing about setting eggs to hatch is waiting for them to do something. C'mon, it's been a whole day already. Hatch already, little turkeys!

I'm used to the sweet singing of the chicks in the brooder. It's gonna be quiet when they go away Tuesday or Wednesday.

I prefer to call it under contract . Haven't been able to find a loop hole yet . so I'm still here .you know them contracts are pretty one sided too. should have read the invisible print .still looking for the clause that says what's  mine is mine and what's yours is mine too

It's been okay. I have a terrible headache today. And had a pretty stressful day at home. So.....hopefully my day will be better tomorrow.

Got three eggs today. Looks like Miss Marans started back. Her eggs aren't very dark, but they are nice. Orloff pullet bullet. Not sure who layed the blue/green one. It's greener than my legbar lays, but bluer than my EEs lay. (I thought they were still on strike?). Hmmmm

RAVYN we was worried bout you. well chit dam truck wasn't so bad its home just something else to fix I don't have anything to fix . if you don't count the dully and the trailer brakes and the  brakes  on the F700 and the engine overhaul on the tractors and skid loader ain't much to do at all . just through a bunch of money at it should do the trick . daddy always said if it ain't broke don't fix it .well ain't broke just sprained real bad.  one or two more and I'm gonna need a taxi . no wait I live here . all good .

Why do ducks and turkeys have to take so long?

I hope you are gonna post some pics of the chicks before they go. They are a couple weeks old now aren't they? I was sad to see mine go at just a couple of days. A couple of weeks would really be hard.
