French frogs

There were 4 in the box, and had been butterflied down the breast, so I put them skin side up (as suggested on the box) and seasoned all 4 differently. One with just salt/pepper, one with seasoning salt, one with wing dust, and one with a Cajun seasoning. Baked about 30 minutes, split them down the center so we could both try all 4 seasonings. The wing dust was my favorite, but they were all good.


We had some smoked for Thanksgiving, very good

Friday, when are you heading home? I think we are taking a trip across state tomorrow, to deliver some stuff to one of hubbys buildings. Not really looking forward to 8+ hours in the truck, but I guess its better than him spending a night away next week.

We're driving home Monday. Gonna be hard to leave. :(
