Tommy toes are the best. We've had some really great luck with them. Fattest stalks I ever did see and towering plants! Love em!

I just gotta get em all before the deer do...

Yes I refuse to buy store bought "Tommy toes" I think it is awful that growers will happily sell us those awful things, it is even worse that people apparently buy them :sick
I got some Amish Snap peas, and black Valentine green beans (they say they can be used for both snap and drying...we will see.

maybe I will do one of both tommy toes......roma and some cherry. this year we can can the extra romas.....

if I had the room, I'd do lot of the yard longs.......we love those green beans.

I think I read somewhere that he posted on the AM thread to lure unsuspecting victims back to his lair...

They grow well for us and I use them a lot. Love the cherry tomatoes too.

there are several ways to stop rabbit and deer from eating you garden . rabbit and deer chaser is organic in most cases . plain blood meal will stop them but draws ticks and such. with deer pee round your garden works great don't smell great though

. easy if your a man spread a little deer repellent every time you can but check labels .you never know what we been up to . I don't use chemicals . and squash bugs kill my plants very year this year doing what the hippies do .plant more staggered planting in different gardens. try to keep them growing all year . wood ash helps with some things and soap and water if you set beetle traps set them away from your garden they draw beetles as well as trap them . I set close to my runs chickens help catch them .

Flirt !!!!!! might be a good fit though he got the gun :gig

well so far I've found the knee brace and got it on now to get jeans on over it . I wish I had my wood stove in and going thousand dollars to fill the LP tank still haven't paid the last bill :hit
