French frogs

They have a solid basketball team, and New Mexico State isn't bad either.

There is just something about summer baseball games!

And I love Minor League so much better, so much more relaxed. We used to go watch the Angels, and I hated all the commercials on the big screen, plus parking and traffic was such a pain.

I was looking at "old" pics trying to see if I could spot the feathered feet and yellow legs. Yup. Pretty noticeable if you look for it

If you look closely you can see small feathers on his feet.

Heres a link that outlines them, says that system gave us 10 confirmed tornados, closest to me was in Alexandria which is a ways off, there were three in MS north of you, two F1s and an F2.

They usually get more tornados north. We don't even have the sirens down here. When we lived in Rankin County they would go off all the time. We actually had trees twisted in our back yard up there. I am still not used to the weather here yet.

Be sure to test it.  The batteries only hold a charge for a few years then need replacement (if replaceable) and the batteries often cost as much as the strip.

It looks new, we did test it and works great. It has an inductor that shows if the battery needs replacing. It helps give a little peace of mind if I am out. If I am home I have alternative power sources.

I'm raising six turkeys in the house right now (only a week old) and I taught them to drink from a rabbit water bottle.  If started on a water bowl or fountain, turkeys may play in the water or gulp more than they need out of sheer boredom, and that leads to messy poop.  This batch is like having songbirds in the house...haven't cleaned the droppings pan yet and the droppings dry right out on a thin layer of shavings (to make cleaning the pan easier).  Now if only I could get them to quit playing with their food...

I've never raised turkeys but that seems like a major issue with them. They grow up. Sort of like babies eventually become teenagers.
