I wear glasses all of the time. I used to have those transition lenses. But they do not work in the car :/ So my options are limited. I do not trust myself with prescription sunglasses, some can pull off those flip up things, I doubt i could. I refuse to buy those ugly wrap around ones that fit over your glasses (I already look enough like my mother)

Whatever they need to do to get the infection out.  There is a chance he'll come out with a drain tube if the abscess is spread out enough.  A drain will keep the abscess from re-forming as he heals.

He'll probably need to be on antibiotics for a while.

Yep that's what they said, but nice to hear it from you too. Apparently it was pretty spread out. but he's a horse. He'll recoup quick.

For my glasses, I've got the spring-loaded slidey-type sunglass lenses--the clip ons tend to be top heavy and pull my glasses off (I wear -6s, if that means anything to you. Even if it doesn't )

Actually, OH left it there one day... ducks discovered it the next... that's their fave place, but they don't all fit... think we'll end up putting more around the yard... go right past redneck and straight to hillbilly...
