Totally different subject for
just a moment...
Some of you may be interested to hear that I'm strongly considering (as in, I'm going to) making candy (mostly fudge) for Easter. If anyone finds that
very interesting, go ahead and PM me so we don't turn the Frog into advertising

Proceeds will go towards going through the hoops needed to allow me to get the licensing to sell at farmer's markets and craft fairs and such (selling to retail establishments requires a commercial kitchen, and we're not going to go that route
quite yet).
Oh, and as long as I'm on this bit of topic drift, what flavors say "Spring" to you? Ideas I've had and suggestions I've gotten are: strawberry, lemon, orange, cookies and creme, maple and black walnut (definitely a suggestion, as I don't like maple
or walnuts

), lavender (a suggestion which intrigues me), as well as my normal chocolate and white chocolate (with and without walnuts) and chocolate mint. The fruit-flavored fudge would likely be "and cream" because there would be a white choc base.
